1Gbps internet to be rolled out to a farm near you


Is your current 100-240Mbps internet connection getting you down?

Well starting in September 2015 the Irish government (via Eircom) will be rolling out 1Gbps (1000 Mbps) fibre across the country.

Strangely enough it looks like they will be rolling out to rural communities, villages and farms first.
